My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed, but we were allocated a handicapped room, not ideal for a family with multiple kids. The service was accommodating, but when I raised safety concerns about my room, they didn't address them promptly.
